Implementation of 3ω Method for Studying the Thermal Conductivity of Perovskite Thin Films

In this paper, an approach for precise determination of the thermal conductivity novel lead-free perovskite thin films by 3ω method, realized with a field programmable analog array circuit, is presented. The objective work to study relation between photoelectric perovskites and stability solar cells, in which they are incorporated. It found that cells’ long-term under different exploitation conditions, such as continuous illumination elevated temperatures, affected extent, according conductivity. developed setup implementation method adapted thin-film samples can be applied all layers involved cell, thus defining their individual contribution overall device degradation. According conducted measurements, coefficients materials follows: iodine-based film, it 0.14 W/mK chlorine-based 0.084 W/mK. As result, instability degradation rate at are, respectively, 10.6% 200 nV/min 6.5% 20 cell. At temperatures up 54 °C, corresponding values 15 µV/°C average 2.2 µV/min cell iodine-containing 300 nV/°C 66 chlorine-containing perovskite.
